Dr. Elzbieta Baranowska-Daca is a board-certified Nephrologist. She received her MD from the Medical Academy, Lublin, Poland, and completed her Nephrology Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX.

Dr Manaf Alroumoh, MD completed his training in Internal Medicine at Cornell University at the Bronx, New York. He then joined Texas tech University as Assistance Professor of Medicine at Odessa Texas. He later went back to finish his training in nephrology and kidney disease fellowship at Cornell University at the Queens, New York. Which has the second largest Peritoneal Home dialysis program in New York. Dr. Alroumoh later moved to Dallas Fort Worth where he completded his training in Interventional Nephrology.
Dr Alroumoh specializes in chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, lupus, kidney stones, and any other diseases associated with the kidneys, also he provides interventional nephrology services.
Dr. Alroumoh is passionate about giving his patients more options for care and the power to choose. He continues to utilized the skills he learned when training at one of the largest Home Dialysis programs in New York. He is able to bring this expertise to patients here in Texas. Dr. Alroumoh started offering Home Dialysis service for the area of Sugar Land , Lake Jackson , Brazoria , Angleton , Lake Jackson , EL campo , and Wharton as it was not available in that area before. After that he did not stop there because he understood the difficulty in transportation his patients and families were facing. He recruited additional transplant Nephrologist to his practice to add, again, for the first time a transplant service available locally without the need to travel to Houston’s Medical Center

Dr Aldujaili underwent Internal Medicine residency training at Coney Island Hospital and completed his fellowship training in Nephrology at New York Presbyterian/Queens.

Brigani “Briggs” Amante, MD, PT is an experienced board-certified nephrologist, internal medicine physician, and kidney and pancreas transplant specialist in The Woodlands, Texas and surrounding north Houston areas. Dr. Amante completed his medical schooling at the University of St. Thomas. He underwent Internal Medicine residency training at Quinnipiac University / St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and then he went to the University of Colorado and completed his fellowship training in Nephrology, Nephrology Research, and Kidney and Pancreas Transplant.
Dr. Amante began his career by working at the largest living donor transplant program in the U.S. at the Methodist Transplant Institute at Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant in San Antonio. He subsequently moved to the north Houston area to be closer to the rest of his family. Dr. Amante is an avid practitioner of evidence-based medicine and is an expert in interpreting scientific data. He incorporates the best available research evidence into his medical practice to help achieve the best outcomes for his patients. He has published research in Nephrology, dialysis, transplant, and hypertension.
Dr. Amante enjoys teaching and has remained passionate in the education of physicians and other healthcare team members on how to efficiently incorporate the best scientific evidence into their clinical practice.
